Terms and Conditions

• A non-returnable deposit of 33% of the total rent is required and we ask that this be included with the Booking Form.
• The balance is due eight weeks before your arrival.
• Bookings are not valid until confirmed in writing by the owners.
• Bookings by persons under the age of 18 years cannot be accepted.
• Cheques should be made payable to “SA Farrelly”. Regrettably we cannot accept credit cards.
• No people or pets in excess of those detailed on the booking form, or that the Let accommodates, are permitted to stay overnight without the express permission of the owners. Such action will result in forfeiture, without compensation, of the right to occupy the property.
• The owners reserve the right to access the property at any reasonable time during the holiday occupancy for .......

• Regrettably we cannot permit smoking.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. The information provided to the site will only be used in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.

Data is collected by this site as part of the booking process and at registration. This will remain confidential and will not be divulged to any other parties.
