Accommodation

Downstairs there is a living / dining room with colour TV/video/DVD, sofa and two arm chairs. There is a free standing gas-powered wood burner effect fire. A well equipped kitchen provides a fridge/freezer, electric cooker, microwave and washing machine. There is also a downstairs lavatory and cloakroom.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms; one has a double bed and the other is a twin bedroom. The bathroom has a bath, electric shower, basin and a lavatory and there is an airing cupboard. There is a fitted stairgate upstairs.

• All linen (except for the cot), towels and electricity are included in the price.
• Heating is by night storage.
• A cot and high chair are available.

Outside

A courtyard provides space for surf boards, bikes etc and for drying clothes and is a secure area for a dog. A shed houses outdoor toys and small body boards for visitors’ use.

Visitors have the use of the owners’ large, one acre garden. Garden furniture and a barbecue are provided.
